Summer Sober: What Does Your Toolkit Look Like?

June 22, 2025

Hi friends!

As we quickly approach the end of June, we want to know how are you doing summer sober? If you're sober, sober curious, or in early sobriety what's summer looking like for you?

When summer gets to be a lot, we reach into our sober tool kits! Members in the network shared what they do in summer when picking up a drink can become tempting, and the what it comes down to is remembering that we never regret not drinking.

Remember to take time this summer and prioritize you. Come to a meeting, take a few minutes to yourself, whatever it takes!

🩵 Author Q&A with Jessica Guerrieri coming up on June 23, 2025 at 7:00pm ET. Drawing on her own experience in sobriety and recovery, her book Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea is a beautiful novel that follows a mom who's been everything to everyone and falls into addiction. Open to all including non-members! Please share the link to sign up with your extended community! Link to Sign Up!
